Step 1: Open a PowerPoint Slide

Customize a Pie Chart in Microsoft PowerPoint 2024
Step 1: Adjust Chart Data
Click the pie chart you just created and you will see Chart Design function on the top toolbar.
Click Edit Data button and you can edit and process the data in Excel. This is quite user-friendly as we all know editing data in Excel is much easier than in PowerPoint with the help of various functions in Excel.
You can change the number, modify the rows and columns of the Excel spreadsheet to show the data you want it to show.
Step 2: Alter Chart Style and Color
There are three icons along the right border.
